In signing up for the conference, you automatically accept the rules for cancellation:
Once you are registered and signed up, you will receive an email confirmation. Failure to receive this confirmation means that your registration is not complete. Payment is made at the same time as your register. Payment options are either card (Visa or MasterCard) or VIPPS.
To cancel your registration, please email email@example.com – for cancellations 1-2 months before the conference date, a 50% refund of the conference fee is given. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 1 month before the conference date.
