The conference starts with lunch on Monday at 12:00. The conference registration check-in desk will be open for attendees from 09:00 to 12:00 on Monday . If you are unable to check in during those hours, the desk will re-open from 16:00.

Cancellation Policy

• Early-Bird Only: Cancellations permitted until May 31, 2025, with a 750 NOK fee. No refunds after this date unless a replacement attendee is confirmed by July 31, 2025.
